From its management practice, it is recommended that the Ministry of Construction proactively study and propose amendments and supplements to the Law on Environmental Protection and other laws and relevant legal documents in the coming time.
The Ministry of Construction is requested to continue reviewing the entire system of standards, regulations, andushing issues, integrating requirements on environmental protection and climate change response for the construction and transportation sectors.
It is necessary to review and remove regulations on the management of outdated solid construction waste, no longer in line with the thinking of the circular economy; supplement and perfect regulations on recycling, reuse of solid construction waste, and turning waste into resources.
The Ministry of Construction needs to have drastic solutions, creating a positive change in the treatment of ash, rust, and plaster from thermal power plants, which is a national environmental challenge. The Ministry needs to play a key role in creating an "outlet" for these types of waste.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan suggested that the Ministry of Construction should consider this an urgent task and resolve it as soon as possible in conjunction with the implementation of the Construction Materials Development Strategy approved by the Prime Minister.

Coordinate with the Government Inspectorate to strictly handle and publicize violations of dust, noise, and waste management to create deterrence; coordinate with ministries to avoid creating gaps in management.

Solving environmental problems in the field of construction and transportation requires a comprehensive approach, from perfecting institutions, policies, planning, investing in green infrastructure, to technology transformation and raising people's awareness.
