In the Conclusion, the Politburo requested Party committees at all levels, Party organizations directly under the Central Government, Party committees, agencies, and units at the Central level, first of all, the heads, to raise awareness and sense of responsibility in leading, directing, and presiding over self-criticism and criticism, which must be substantive, democratic, and ensure combativeness; clarify the limitations and shortcomings of the collective, associated with personal responsibility.
Through self-criticism to proactively detect early, remotely and fight to prevent manifestations of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", corruption, wastefulness, and negativity.

The Politburo requests Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to seriously rectify and learn from experience to thoroughly overcome the situation of leniency, avoidance, and formalism that has not well implemented the review, evaluation, and quality classification in 2025.
For individuals who have not been reviewed but are still evaluated and classified, supplementary reviews must be conducted. Re-examine, evaluate, and reclassify collectives and individuals who "excellently complete their tasks" but do not meet the criteria or exceed the prescribed ratio.
At the same time, strictly implement regulations on the ranking level of heads not to be higher than the ranking level of collective leaders, managers, organizations, agencies, and units.

The Central Organization Committee is assigned to study and guide the quarterly periodic evaluation of leaders and managers at all levels according to Conclusion 198 of the Politburo.
