Regarding digital transformation and digital cultural infrastructure development policies, the State prioritizes investing in building a national database on culture, digital cultural infrastructure and shared digital platforms. Encouraging businesses to invest and develop digital cultural products and services in the form of public-private partnerships.
At the same time, the State ensures funding for the Provincial People's Committee to implement the digitization of cultural heritage that has been ranked at national level and special national level.
The State has policies to support businesses in the cultural industry, access and apply advanced technology to digital content production, develop cultural products and services and protect intellectual property rights in the digital environment; attract investment from large technology corporations into digital infrastructure and develop high-tech solutions for culture.

The maximum pilot implementation period is 5 years from the date this Resolution takes effect.
