At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, electing Venerable Thich Quang Tung (Dinh Quang Ho), Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, to hold the position of Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hai Phong City, term 2022-2027.
Venerable Thich Thanh Van (Vuong Van Thu), member of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, holds the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the city. Venerable Thich Tuc Minh (Dinh Quang Thiep), Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, holds the position of Chief Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the city for the 2022-2027 term.
The Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha also approved the list of 71 members of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hai Phong City for the 2022-2027 term.
