Accordingly, the Traffic Police Department registered the following types of vehicles: Automobiles, trailers, semi-trailers, four-wheeled motorized passenger vehicles, four-wheeled motorized cargo vehicles, vehicles with a structure similar to cars (hereinafter referred to as cars), motorbikes, mopeds and vehicles with a structure similar to motorbikes and specialized motorbikes of organizations and individuals headquartered and residing in the city.
Commune-level police register cars, specialized motorbikes, and motorbikes of domestic organizations and individuals with headquarters and residence in the city; except for vehicles of confiscated origin.
Organizations and individuals who need to register their cars, motorbikes, and specialized motorbikes can choose to register their vehicles at the Traffic Police Department or any commune-level police station in the city where they reside or have headquarters during office hours from Monday to Saturday.
For communes with part of the administrative boundary separated and merged with many new commune-level administrative units, while waiting for the completion of population data, the vehicle registration work for organizations and individuals in the commune will be carried out by the Traffic Police Department. For vehicles of confiscated origin, registration must be made at the Traffic Police Department.
