At the conference, speaking to assign tasks, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the Party committees awarded decisions today all play a very important role. Each field is very large. Each task is very heavy. But in general, all are directly related to the leadership and ruling capacity, the combat strength of the Party, to the effectiveness of organizing the implementation of Party resolutions, to maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for development, to successfully implementing the two 100-year strategic goals in the new situation.
General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the Party assigns tasks is assigning trust. The people look at us not only to hear what we say, but more importantly to see what we do. Doing it right, doing it accurately, doing it thoroughly, doing it with the highest sense of responsibility, that is the best way to reciprocate the trust of the Party and the people.
At the Conference, representatives of 4 Party Committees received tasks, General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense, respectfully received the directing opinions and assigned tasks of General Secretary, President To Lam and said that they will be concretized in the plans according to the tasks and functions of each Party Committee.
General Phan Van Giang affirmed that he is absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party, State and people; always exemplary, united, disciplined, maintaining principles, promoting democracy, collective wisdom, proactively and sensitively advising, planning and leading the organization to successfully implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws, for a strong and prosperous Vietnam, for the happiness of the people.
