At the conference authorized by the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee of the Can Tho City Border Guard Command announced and presented early retirement decisions according to Decree 178 to 6 comrades who were former heads of the Command and heads of departments and offices; decided to raise salaries and promote military ranks for 4 officers who retired before the retirement date.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Pham Le Xuan Binh, Commander of the Can Tho City Border Guard, emphasized: The comrades receiving today's decision are key officers, with many years of service, good qualities, ethics, working capacity, many practical experiences, performing well the tasks in each position and position assigned to them in the work of building the Soc Trang Border Guard (now the Can Tho City Border Guard) and for the Border Guard to contribute to strengthening national defense - security, socio-economic development of the locality; trusted and believed by the people, officers and soldiers of the unit.

The Commander of the Can Tho City Border Guard hopes that after retirement, you will continue to care, monitor, accompany, and share valuable experiences so that the unit's officers and soldiers can strive and be determined to perform well their tasks in the new revolutionary period.
