On July 1, Luu Kiem Ward People's Committee announced decisions on the establishment and reorganization of professional departments. Accordingly, professional departments and units under the Ward People's Committee include the Office of the People's Council and the Ward People's Committee; Department of Culture - Society; Department of Economy; Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment; Public Administration Service Center.
The Ward People's Committee also transferred and appointed leaders and civil servants of specialized departments. Accordingly, Mr. Dao Van Nam was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Economic Department; Ms. Pham Thi Kieu Ly was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department; Mr. Trinh Van Huan and Mr. Nguyen Trong Thao were appointed to hold the positions of Deputy Heads of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department. The transfer, arrangement, and consolidation of cadres aims to ensure that the apparatus operates synchronously, uniformly, and effectively promotes human resources, meeting the requirements of task implementation in the new period.
Previously, Chi Linh ward also announced decisions on personnel work. Ms. Vu Thi Thao was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Economic Department of the ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi My and Ms. Le Thi Hue were appointed to hold the positions of Deputy Heads of the Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment of the ward. The Ward People's Committee also assigned Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Standing Vice Chairman of Chi Linh Ward People's Committee to be in charge of the Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment of the ward until the title of Head of Department is consolidated.
In Do Son ward, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Le Thi Hoan - specialist of the Public Administration Service Center to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic Department; and at the same time assigned to be in charge and manage the operation of the Economic Department until personnel work is consolidated. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huyen - specialist of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic Department.
Mr. Pham Thanh Cong - Director of the Public Administration Service Center was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department; Mr. Dinh Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department held the position of Deputy Head of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department.
Do Son Ward People's Committee also assigned Ms. Vu Thi Van Chi - Deputy Director of the Public Administrative Service Center to be in charge of and manage the Center's operations until personnel work is consolidated.
Gia Vien Ward also announced the decision to establish the Economic Department based on receiving part of the functions and tasks of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department and the Department of Culture - Society. Along with that, transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Tung - Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward to hold the position of Head of the Economic Department; transferring and appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi My Anh to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic Department.
Gia Vien Ward People's Committee also reorganized and renamed the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to the Department of Construction and Environment. Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Construction and Environment; Mr. Hoang Hai Nam was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Construction and Environment.
Mr. Nguyen Van Ha - Specialist of the Culture - Society Department of the ward was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Culture - Society Department of the ward. Mr. Pham Hoang Phuc - Deputy Chief of Office of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward was assigned to be in charge and manage all activities of the Office until the personnel work of the unit is consolidated.
