On May 29, Hoan Kiem District held a meeting between the District Party Committee Standing Committee and leaders of 18 wards and agencies and units under the district.
At the conference, Hoan Kiem district thoroughly grasped the directions of the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Hanoi, especially instructions 09 of the City Party Committee and instruction No. 04 of the City People's Committee on arranging and arranging cadres, civil servants, officials and employees when reorganizing the commune administrative unit; The implementation of review and statistics of financial management, public property and offices; The adjustment, digitalization, archives of records and documents when performing arrangement and streamlining the apparatus.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Vu Dang Dinh District Party Committee affirmed that the district will have the highest responsibility, proactively work with the City to arrange and arrang properly, ensuring the rights and work positions of all cadres, no one is left behind.
In addition, the district has completed the review of public finance, assets, and agency headquarters - one of the important steps to ensure efficiency and transparency in restructuring the organizational apparatus. Administrative units and public agencies are required to compile statistics, classify, and develop plans for managing and using assets economically and reasonably to avoid loss and interruption of operations.
In the field of document document documentation, archiving, and document digitization, Hoan Kiem district has proactively and synchronously implemented tasks in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Hanoi City.
Since May 6, 2025, the district has coordinated with the City Public Administration Service Center to pilot the digitization of records and documents - a foundational step for the digital transformation process, towards building a modern and professional administration.
Hoan Kiem District Party Secretary Vu Dang Dinh emphasized that it is necessary to identify the arrangement and assignment of cadres when reorganizing commune-level administrative units as a particularly important and turning point political task, therefore, each Party Committee, government, and Party member must clearly recognize and unify their thoughts and actions, and be ready to overcome personal interests to put the common interests of the district and the people above all.
The Secretary of the Hoan Kiem District Party Committee also praised and acknowledged many cadres who have been proactive and volunteered to retire early, creating favorable conditions for the general arrangement.
