According to the above document, in this reform, a number of cadres who are members of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term XIX (term 2020-2025), have been appointed by the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary at the newly established commune and ward-level administrative units after the arrangement of administrative units according to the 2-level local government model.
The specific list includes: Mr. Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee - appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Truong Vinh Ward Party Committee.
Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Loc Commune Party Committee.
