At the same time, I would like to remember and express gratitude to the revolutionary veterans, Vietnamese heroic mothers, heroes of the armed forces, war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' families, families with meritorious services to the country, veterans, veterans of the youth volunteer, workers and people who have contributed their blood, spirit, talent, labor and wealth to the struggle to liberate Hai Phong".
The team approval and mass parade program was organized to commend the strength and maturity of the forces in the cause of innovation and development; honor the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of Hai Phong city.

Before the parade, the program opened with a large-scale performance with the participation of tens of thousands of people, artists and non-professional artists with the song "Red Phuong City".
It is known that, in order to prepare for a large -scale and parading parade, the armed forces, departments, branches and localities participated in the enthusiastic practice from the beginning of April. Along with that, there were 3 times of training on 5, 7, 9.5, rehearsal in the morning of 10.5 in the City Theater Square and the central streets. The training sessions received the cheers and encouragement of the many people in Hai Phong City. In the morning of May 11, a lot of people in the city were present from dawn to look forward to the biggest approval of the team and parade event in 2025.
