At the press conference, Ms. Dinh Thi Lua - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee said that the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held for 2 days (from September 30 to October 1).
The Congress was held with the theme: "Promoting the strength of great solidarity, joining hands to build a clean and strong Party and political system; exploiting potential, advantages, accelerating breakthroughs; developing modern industry, high-quality tourism services, green urban areas associated with heritage; striving to make Ninh Binh a centrally-run city by 2030".
The Congress motto is determined to be: "Solidarity - Responsibility - Discipline - Breakthrough". The congress was attended by 500 official delegates and 285 invited delegates.
The Congress will fully implement 2 contents according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, which are: Summarizing the implementation of the goals and tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term and determining the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term; Discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
"With the strict direction of Party committees at all levels, the sense of responsibility and intelligence of Party members in the entire Party Committee, up to this point, Party Congresses at all levels and preparations for the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress have basically met the requirements" - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Lua said.
At the press conference, representatives of Ninh Binh province's leaders and departments of the province responded and answered the opinions of reporters and journalists related to the propaganda of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
