Implementing the 2-level government model, Hoa Binh ward, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of 7 wards: Phuong Lam, Dong Tien, Quynh Lam, Huu Nghi, Thinh Lang, Tan Thinh, Trung Minh, with a total area of over 39,000 km2 and a population of nearly 79,000 people (the largest population in the new Phu Tho province). The ward party committee has 157 affiliated party organizations, with over 6,000 party members.
The first Hoa Binh Ward Party Congress assessed the situation and results of implementing the Resolution of the Hoa Binh City Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, the Resolution of the Congress of the wards merged to establish the new Hoa Binh ward.
At the same time, review the leadership and direction of the City Party Committee Executive Committee and wards for the 2020 - 2025 term; determine the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee focuses on implementing key tasks. In particular, it is expected that ward budget revenue will increase by 15% compared to the previous year, reaching VND48,303 billion by 2030; total social investment capital implemented in the area will increase by an average of 13.35% annually; total social investment capital implemented in the area by 2030 will be VND5,701 billion.
Strive to have no more poor households in the ward by 2030; the rate of schools meeting national standards will reach 85.7%; the rate of party members assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better every year will reach over 90%.
The Congress launched the first Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 31 comrades.
