List of personnel holding the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee

    The Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province (new) for the 2021-2026 term.

    On June 24, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1295/QD-TTg on appointing personnel to hold the position of Chairman of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.

    The Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term to hold the position of Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021-2026 term.

    In Decision No. 1328/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed the following Mr. (Ms) to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term, including:

    1. Mr. Nguyen Anh Chuc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

    2. Mr. Tran Anh Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Permanent Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

    3. Mr. Tran Song Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

    4. Ms. Ha Lan Anh - Member of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Vice Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

    5. Mr. Nguyen Cao Son - Member of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

    Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was born in 1973; hometown: Khanh Hai Commune, Yen Khanh District, Ninh Binh Province. He has a doctorate degree; high-level political qualifications.

    On December 9, 2020, at the 21st session of the 14th Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council, term 2016-2021, he was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.
