On June 25, the Supreme People's Procuracy coordinated with the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee to organize a ceremony to announce and present the decisions of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) on personnel work.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision on early retirement for Ms. Chu Nguyet Anh, Chief Prosecutor of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung, Chief Prosecutor of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Procuracy.
Ms. Chu Nguyet Anh and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung will retire from July 1, 2025 and enjoy the regime according to current regulations.
The representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy also announced the decision on the appointment of Mr. Doan Anh Phuong, Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province (old) to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province (after the merger). The decision is effective for a period of 5 years, from July 1, 2025.
Along with that, 5 comrades Nguyen Van Luong, Nguyen Xuan Hong, Nguyen Thi Lan, Nguyen Van Uyen and Nguyen Truong Tho were appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the new Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan congratulated Mr. Doan Anh Phuong, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province, on being appointed to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the new Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy; and the comrades appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutors of the new Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan noted that after merging Bac Ninh province and Bac Giang province into the new Bac Ninh province, there will be many potential for development, especially in the fields of industry, urbanization and international integration.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Anh Phuong expressed his deep gratitude for the trust of the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy and local Party committees.
Mr. Phuong affirmed that he will continue to make every effort, unite with the staff of the Provincial People's Procuracy to successfully complete the assigned tasks, meeting the requirements of the industry in the new period.
On this occasion, the Supreme People's Procuracy also announced the decisions to appoint the positions of Chief Prosecutor and Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of 9 regional People's Procuracies in Bac Ninh province (after the merger).
Along with that are major challenges in security and order, arising many legal problems in the fields of economy, civil, administrative, high-tech crimes, environmental crimes, etc. Requiring the Procuracy to continue to proactively identify, adapt and innovate working methods to meet practical requirements.
