The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just approved the Plan to collect the Bac Ninh Provincial Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund in 2025.
Accordingly, the plan to collect the Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund in 2025 in Bac Ninh province with a total amount of: 115,747,238,000 VND (In words: One hundred and fifty billion, seven hundred forty-seven million, two hundred thirty-eight thousand VND).
In which: The revenue of enterprises is 109,785,467,000 VND, the provincial departments, departments and branches are 350,117,000 VND, Bac Ninh city is 564,726,000 VND, Yen Phong district is 599,651,000 VND, Que Vo town is 654,360,000 VND, Tien Du district is 1,027,676,000 VND, Thuan Thanh town is 759,234,000 VND, Gia Binh district is 5939,000 VND. Copper and city from Son is 843,122,000 VND.
Also according to the approved plan, the Fund payment deadline: For domestic and foreign economic organizations: Pay at least 50% of the amount payable before July 31, 2025, the remaining amount must be paid before November 30, 2025.
For individuals: Submit once for the whole year, the deadline is before July 31, 2025.
Also according to the plan, the Fund management agency is responsible for publicizing the collection results, list and collection levels for each agency, organization, unit and district; report on revenue and expenditure settlement; expenditure content by district level.
Publicity form: Report at annual fund summary meetings, listed at the Fund headquarters; announcement on the website of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Mr. Dang Cong Huong, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, was also appointed by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund on May 28.
According to the 2013 Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, the natural disaster prevention and control fund is a fund established at the provincial level, managed by the provincial People's Committee. The natural disaster prevention and control fund does not include the state budget and does not originate from the state budget.
The Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund is used to support natural disaster prevention and control activities and prioritize support for the following activities: Emergency relief on food, drinking water, medicine and other urgent needs for those affected by natural disasters; support for the repair of houses, medical facilities, schools; and environmental sanitation in disaster areas.
