On the morning of January 9, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of cadres.
At the conference, the representative of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Mr. Hoang Manh Hung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Gia Vien District People's Council to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Gia Vien District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Mr. Hoang Manh Hung was transferred to work at the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term, starting from January 9, 2025.
Previously, on January 3, 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also issued a decision on recognizing the results of the election of additional members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee and the position of Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, term XVI, term 2023-2028 for Mr. Hoang Manh Hung.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Manh Hung - the new Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor expressed his deepest gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for their attention and trust in assigning him new tasks.
The new Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor shared that being able to work at the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, a political and social organization of the working class, always at the forefront of all patriotic emulation movements, he himself considers this an honor, but at the same time, he also identifies his responsibility to the trade union organization, union members, and workers.
Faced with the tasks and requirements assigned by the organization and the requirements for building the working class and trade union organization in the new period, the new Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, Hoang Manh Hung, affirmed his determination: "In my new position, I vow to be united, democratic, creative, promote collective intelligence, and work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, I will implement the working regulations well, and work with the Executive Committee to promote the achievements and results that generations of leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor have built. Actively advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in carrying out the political tasks of the province and building a strong Party and political system."
