On March 7, the People's Council of Binh Phuoc province, term X, 2021-2026, held the 21st thematic session.
At the session, the People's Council of Binh Phuoc province dismissed Mr. Huynh Anh Minh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term; at the same time, the Provincial People's Council dismissed Mr. Huynh Anh Minh from the duties of a delegate of the People's Council of Binh Phuoc province from March 7.
The People's Council of Binh Phuoc province conducted an additional election, Mr. Le Truong Son - Secretary of the Loc Ninh District Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, with 100% of the votes (46/46 delegates present).
Mr. Le Truong Son, born on November 27, 1976, hometown in Chau Thanh district, Dong Thap province, has a bachelor's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in politics.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province, Mr. Son held the positions of Secretary of the Dong Phu District Youth Union, Binh Phuoc province; Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the province. From November 2015 to June 2017, Mr. Son was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee.
Two years later, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Xoai City. From June 2019 to November 2019, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dong Xoai City Party Committee.
From 2020 to present, Mr. Son has held the positions of Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Loc Ninh District.
