At the conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Long announced the decisions on personnel work of the Hanoi Party Committee's Standing Committee for the Hanoi Capital Command Party Committee.
According to Decision No. 287-QD/TU dated November 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to Decision No. 346-QD/TU dated December 6, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, was appointed to participate as a member of the Party Executive Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, congratulated Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang on their positions as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command and Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

To achieve the goals and tasks according to the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that Hanoi needs to have outstanding mechanisms and policies to implement major projects to develop the Capital, such as the Red River Landscape Avenue axis, the Olympic Sports Urban Area project, underground space development associated with the development of the Capital... Hanoi also identified science - technology, innovation, digital transformation as development drivers.
