Regarding the import and trading of cosmetics of MK Skincare Import-Export Production and Trading Service Company Limited (address: K31, Thoi An residential area, Le Thi Rieng street, Thoi An ward, Ho Chi Minh City) - a business owned by Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh (Ms. Mailisa's husband), the unit is the importor and responsible for bringing products with the labels "DOCTOR MAGIC", "MAIKA BEAUTY", "MK" to the market, the Ministry of Health has provided official information on the legal status and testing of these products.

According to data searched on the Online Public Service System to receive cosmetic announcements connected to the National One-Stop Portal, from 2018 to present, MK Skincare Company has received 162 cosmetic product announcement forms from the Drug Administration. As of November 17, 2025, this enterprise still has 81 receipts of valid Declaration Flights.

Dr. Ta Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Drug Administration (Ministry of Health) - said that through a quick review of inspection and examination results, the Department of Drug Administration said that up to now, it has not received any feedback, reports or complaints from the Departments of Health, the state testing system or organizations or individuals related to the detection of quality violations for MKcare Skin Company's products. The brands "DOCTOR MAGIC", "MAIKA BEAUTY", "MK" have not recorded any signs of quality violations according to existing records and data.

Immediately after receiving information from the press, the Drug Administration issued a series of documents to relevant units: requesting the Departments of Health of provinces and cities to provide information on inspection, examination and handling of administrative violations (if any) for MK Skincare Company; Directing the Departments of Health, the Central Institute for Drug Testing and the Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Drug Testing to collect samples and test the quality of products with the labels "DOCTOR MAGIC", "MAIKA BEAUTY", "MK"; Requesting MK Skincare Company to provide test results and product information records according to regulations.

The Drug Administration affirmed that if violations are detected, the authorities will recall, destroy the products, sanction administrative violations, and widely notify businesses and people to know and prevent them.

While waiting for testing results from relevant units, the Drug Administration recommends that people and businesses be cautious when using or distributing cosmetic products imported and announced by MK Skincare Company. The list of products subject to review has been submitted with the website for units to conveniently look up.
