On the morning of November 4, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on the transfer, assignment, and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On the same morning, General Secretary To Lam presented the Politburo's decision on personnel work at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations.
Accordingly, the Politburo assigned Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and stop holding the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transfer and assign to participate in the 13th Secretariat and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2020-2025 term.
Previously, according to the Politburo's decision, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front assigned by the Politburo to stop participating in the 13th Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, stop holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations of the 1st tenure, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, the 1st tenure.
