According to the announced decision, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Duong - Senior Prosecutor, former Chief Procurator of Hai Phong City People's Procuracy - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief Procurator of Hung Yen Provincial People's Procuracy from April 1, 2026.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Van Vien - Head of the People's Procuracy of Hung Yen province - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy Tran Hai Quan emphasized the trust of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy in the capacity, qualities and working process of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Duong. At the same time, he requested that in his new position, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Duong continue to promote his work experience, firm political bravery, high sense of responsibility, solidarity, collective unity, improve the effectiveness of procuracy work, proactively advise Party committees, coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies to excellently complete the task of judicial reform in the new period.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Chief Procurator of Hung Yen Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Hoang Duong affirmed that he will continue to train, maintain political qualities, professional ethics, promote the spirit of solidarity, inherit and promote the achievements of the unit, and together with the leadership of Hung Yen Provincial People's Procuracy, perform well the functions and tasks of the Sector, meeting the requirements of judicial reform in the new situation.
