On the morning of November 16, the Hue City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; at the same time, was introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan (born in 1970, hometown in Dong Ninh Hoa ward, Khanh Hoa province); holds a Bachelor's degree in Judicial Law, a Bachelor's degree in Party building and State government; and a senior political theory. He was an alternate member of the 11th and 12th Party Central Committee.
He has held the following positions: Deputy Chief of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office, Chief of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Cam Ranh City Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council.
After merging Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces, he will be Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term; Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term; Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.
