On November 15, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung attended the Great National Unity Festival at Da Le Residential Group (Vy Da Ward, Hue City).
At the Festival, Minister Le Hoai Trung shared the difficulties of Hue people and Da Le people after the historic floods in late October and early November; and highly appreciated the proactive spirit of local authorities and people in responding to and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to minimizing damage.

The Minister emphasized the particularly important role of the Fatherland Front and the Front Working Committee in residential areas in the context of streamlining the State apparatus. This is a bridge between the people and the government, a place to listen, reflect thoughts, care for life and promote the people's mastery. The Great Unity Festival is an opportunity for leaders to get close to the people, listen, share and encourage the people to join hands to build a prosperous, civilized and happy community.
The Minister requested local authorities to promote the pioneering nature of cadres and party members; strengthen mass mobilization; promptly resolve legitimate petitions of the people. After reorganizing the two-level apparatus, Vy Da ward needs to set a goal of creating and promoting local development; organizations must contribute to the goal of no drugs, no more poor households. Da Le residential group is recommended to continue promoting the "Green Sunday" movement, building a "bright - green - clean - beautiful residential area" and encouraging people, especially young people and students to participate in "Digital education at the grassroots level", promoting digital transformation at the grassroots level.
Da Le residential group currently has 596 households, people's lives are basically stable, security and order are maintained. In 2025, people united to develop the economy, support each other to sustainably reduce poverty; the rate of poor and near-poor households decreased to 2.1%. Residential groups achieved the title of Cultural Residential Groups, with 96.4% of households achieving Cultural Family status.

At the Festival, the people reviewed the traditions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and summarized the emulation movement, building cultural life. The Front Working Committee of the Residential Group also promptly propagated and mobilized people to overcome the consequences of recent floods, clean up the environment and restore production.
On this occasion, Minister Le Hoai Trung, on behalf of the working delegation, presented gifts to Da Le Chanh Residential Group and 30 households in difficult circumstances. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City also presented 20 gifts to support the people.
