On September 21, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the decision of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 366-QD/TW dated September 18, 2026, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
At the conference, leaders of the Central Organizing Committee presented decisions and flowers to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh has nearly 24 years of working experience, including nearly 11 years working at the National Academy of Public Administration. Since 2013, he has worked at the Central Organization Committee, having held many positions at the Department of Personnel, Department of Organization - Charter.
From August 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh holds the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee. During his work process, he participated in researching and advising on many contents on Party building, political system, organizational structure, staffing and personnel policies.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh said that he will comply with the principles of organization, working regulations and assignments of the collective; together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Board, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to implement the assigned tasks and goals.
After the conference, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee will meet and agree on assigning tasks to the new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh.
