Lao Cai transfers Chairman of Ta Van commune to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Sa Pa ward

    Lao Cai - The province has just announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Cao Ba Quy to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sa Pa Ward.

    In the afternoon of July 31, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

    At the conference, Ms. Do Thu Giang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Building Committee of Sa Pa ward - announced Decision No. 398 of the Standing Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.

    According to the decision, Mr. Cao Ba Quy will no longer participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and no longer hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ta Van commune, term 2025 - 2030; will be transferred to work at the Party Committee of Sa Pa ward and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sa Pa ward, term 2025 - 2030.

    Along with that, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2650 transferring Mr. Cao Ba Quy from the position of Chairman of Ta Van Commune People's Committee, term 2026 - 2031, to work at Sa Pa Ward People's Committee from July 30, 2026 to introduce and elect him to the position of Chairman of Sa Pa Ward People's Committee, term 2026 - 2031.

    The consolidation of the leadership team of Sa Pa ward is to meet the requirements of the organizational structure after arranging administrative units, ensuring effective leadership and administration, contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the area.

    Previously, on May 14, the Executive Committee of Sa Pa Ward Party Committee held a conference to implement the process of electing the title of Secretary of Sa Pa Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term according to the regulations of the Central Government and Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.

    As a result, Mr. To Ngoc Lien - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee - was trusted by the Executive Committee of the Sa Pa Ward Party Committee to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Sa Pa Ward Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 with a high approval rate.
