Cao Bang - The Provincial Chairman has approved the results of the election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee in the area.

On April 3, according to PV's investigation, the Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee recently issued a series of decisions on approving the results of elections for the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031 in 56 communes and wards.

The decisions were issued based on the Law on Organization of Local Government dated June 16, 2025; Decree No. 300/2025/ND-CP dated November 17, 2025 of the Government; and the submissions of the Standing Committee of the People's Councils of communes and wards and the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province.

The consolidation of the title of Chairman of the Commune People's Committee is expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management and administration in the locality in the coming period.

The decision takes effect from the date of signing (March 31). The Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs, the People's Council and the People's Committees of communes and wards, and related individuals are responsible for implementation.
