Appoint Mr. Nguyen Phong An to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
At the same time, introduce Mr. Nguyen Phong An to be elected as Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
Mr. Nguyen Phong An has held many positions, from an officer of the Department of Construction, Vice Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee, Deputy Chief of Office of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee transferred Mr. Do Khoi Nguyen - Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of Cam My District Party Committee.
