On the morning of April 24, with 484/484 delegates participating in the vote in favor, the National Assembly passed the Resolution on establishing the National Assembly's Supervisory Delegation on the implementation of policies and laws on the management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units (AD units).
According to the resolution, the Head of the Supervisory Delegation is Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly;
Standing Deputy Head of Delegation: Mr. Phan Van Mai - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee;
The Deputy Heads of Delegation include:
- Mr. Phan Chi Hieu - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee;
- Ms. Le Thi Nga - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for Petitions and Supervision;
Members, delegates and experts invited to participate in the Supervisory Delegation.

The purpose of supervision is to assess the current state of management and use to determine the overall asset being the working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units, in which determining the needs and implementing the arrangement, arrangement, and handling of headquarters, facilities, ensuring working conditions of agencies, organizations, and units under management according to the new organizational model to prevent waste and avoid loss of state assets;
Point out the shortcomings, limitations (if any) and causes, responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and individuals; identify difficulties and obstacles in implementation, including obstacles in mechanisms and difficulties in practical implementation;
Draw lessons learned to improve the effectiveness of implementing policies and laws on the management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units.
