Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Hong is the Head of the National Assembly's Supervisory Delegation on the management and use of public assets that are working headquarters after arrangement.

On the morning of April 24, with 484/484 delegates participating in the vote in favor, the National Assembly passed the Resolution on establishing the National Assembly's Supervisory Delegation on the implementation of policies and laws on the management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units (AD units).

According to the resolution, the Head of the Supervisory Delegation is Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly;

Standing Deputy Head of Delegation: Mr. Phan Van Mai - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee;

The Deputy Heads of Delegation include:

- Mr. Phan Chi Hieu - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee;

- Ms. Le Thi Nga - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for Petitions and Supervision;

Members, delegates and experts invited to participate in the Supervisory Delegation.

Draw lessons learned to improve the effectiveness of implementing policies and laws on the management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units.

Proposing and proposing solutions to improve policies and laws and implement the management and use of public assets as working headquarters and other relevant legal regulations to further improve the efficiency of organization, implementation and handling of responsibilities (if any) for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.

The scope of supervision includes the implementation of policies and laws on management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units nationwide.

The subjects of supervision are the Government; Ministries, ministerial-level agencies; People's Councils, People's Committees of provinces and cities; other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.

The content of supervision includes the issuance of guiding documents for implementation according to authority; the organization of the implementation of policies and laws on management and use of public assets as working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units;

Responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and individuals in implementing policies and laws on management and use of public assets that are working headquarters after implementing the policy of arranging the organizational structure and administrative units.
