The Bac Ninh Provincial Elderly Work Committee performs the tasks prescribed in Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BNV dated September 19, 2014 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regulating the Elderly Work Committee of provinces and centrally run cities and the Elderly Work Committee of districts, towns and cities under the province and Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BNV dated June 18, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regulating the division of authority and decentralization of state management tasks in the field of Home Affairs.
It is known that previously, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh province Le Xuan Loi was also assigned the task of being the Steering Committee for Animal Disease Prevention and Control of Bac Ninh province.
