The task of the Steering Committee is to advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in developing plans, plans, and measures to prevent and control animal diseases in the province.
At the same time, inspect, urge and supervise the work of preventing and controlling animal diseases in localities; promptly direct the implementation of effective disease prevention measures, environmental sanitation, and disinfection to prevent infectious diseases from animals to humans.
Direct and guide livestock farmers to conduct livestock farming in a safe direction, ensuring food hygiene and safety; build a basis for disease prevention and animal disease safety in the province.
The standing agency of the Steering Committee The standing agency of the Steering Committee is located at the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine and Fisheries under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh province.
The members of the Steering Committee work part-time, responsible before the law and the Head of the Steering Committee. Specific tasks of the members are assigned by the Head of the Committee.
