Bac Ninh - The locality will remove surrounding fences, forming open space in large parks.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Departments of Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment; People's Committee of Bac Giang ward on the renovation and embellishment of large parks in the province.

Accordingly, in order to improve the efficiency of exploitation and use of parks in the province; create a green, clean, beautiful landscape, open space, fresh, friendly environment, and connect with the lives and activities of the people, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Giang ward and relevant agencies and units to implement the following contents:

Review, research, and propose plans to renovate and embellish Hoang Hoa Tham Park and Ngo Gia Tu Park in Bac Giang Ward in the direction of removing surrounding fences, forming an open, friendly, and convenient space for people to access and use.

Arrange infrastructure items, trees, landscapes, and auxiliary works reasonably, ensuring aesthetics, environmental sanitation, safety, and sustainability.

Effectively exploiting park land funds, serving the people's entertainment, recreation and community activities needs.

Advising and proposing to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation procedures to ensure savings and efficiency, report before September 30, 2025.

Review all major parks in the province, develop a renovation and embellishment plan in a similar direction, and report to the People's Committee in October 2025.
