Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Canh Toan has just signed a decision to establish a Citizen Reception Task Force to serve important events of the country and the province, in order to strengthen citizen reception work, promptly grasp and handle cases of complaints, denunciations, and petitions from people.
According to the Decision of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the Task Force is headed by Dinh Huu Hoc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Deputy Heads include Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board (Standing Deputy Head) and Chief Inspector of the province.
The Task Force includes representatives of leaders of departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Police; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards.
At the same time, invite representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to participate in coordination.
According to the decision, the Task Force has the task of advising the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to grasp the situation, direct, guide, inspect, and urge departments, branches, and commune-level People's Committees to strictly implement citizen reception work; promptly resolve cases of complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections according to their authority.
In particular, the Task Force will advise on organizing citizen reception for large-scale, complex, and prolonged cases; and at the same time proactively coordinate with central agencies to handle and mobilize Lang Son citizens to complain and denounce large numbers of people at the Central level to return to their localities, to prevent complicated situations of security and order from arising, especially during important events.
