At the session, the Provincial People's Council elected an additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Doat - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term was elected as Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
With a high sense of responsibility, democratic and frank discussion, 100% of the Provincial People's Council delegates present at the meeting voted to approve all 4 resolutions, including:
Regulations on land price lists and the application of land price lists in the province from January 1, 2026.
Supplementing budget estimates for agencies and units to carry out assigned tasks, in 2025.
Adjust and supplement Resolution No. 256/NQ-HDND dated September 11, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council approving the addition of the list of land plots for land allocation and lease through bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.
Amend and supplement a number of articles of Resolution No. 03/2024/NQ-HDND dated June 18, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the criteria for establishing a Security and Order Protection Team; the criteria for the number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team and ensuring operating conditions for people participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in the province.
