At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hai Trung - Director of Hanoi City Police - recognized the dedication and contributions of Colonel Pham Danh Manh with more than 40 years of working in the People's Police force.
Having held many positions in different units and localities, Colonel Pham Danh Manh has always fulfilled his assigned duties and tasks, making many contributions to the Hanoi City Police in general and the Quoc Oai District Police in particular.
The Director of Hanoi City Police hopes that after retiring, Colonel Pham Danh Manh will continue to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of a People's Police soldier, regularly exchanging and sharing valuable experiences in work and life with the next generation of cadres.
Colonel Pham Danh Manh said that when he returns to his locality, he will continue to promote the good qualities of a police officer, be a party member and exemplary citizen for the young generation of People's Police to learn from and follow.
Also last week, Thai Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's decision to suspend work pending retirement for Colonel Pham Dinh Tam - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police - Colonel Tran Xuan Anh acknowledged the dedication and contributions of Colonel Pham Dinh Tam during nearly 43 years of studying and working in the People's Police force, of which more than 39 years were in the ranks of the Party, more than 25 years held leadership and command positions at all levels.
With his achievements and contributions in work and combat, Colonel Pham Dinh Tam was awarded many noble prizes by the Party, State, Government, Ministry of Public Security, and all levels and sectors at the central and local levels.
The Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police hopes that Colonel Pham Dinh Tam will retire but continue to participate, contribute his strength and intelligence to the police work in general, the work of ensuring security and order in the locality, and building the Thai Binh Provincial Police force in particular.
