The People's Committee of Ha Nam province has just held the inauguration ceremony of the Investment Project to build unit II of Liem Chinh bridge and synchronous technical infrastructure works (Lam Ha ward, Phu Ly city). Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh attended and gave a speech at the ceremony.
The Liem Chinh Bridge Unit II investment project started construction in September 2023 and was completed 5 months ahead of schedule.
According to the People's Committee of Ha Nam province, this is an important transport project, designed to be modern, including 6 spans with a total investment of 270 billion VND.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh said that developing infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, is one of the three strategic breakthroughs of the Party and State; in which, building a synchronous infrastructure system, with a number of modern projects, focusing on the transport system and large urban infrastructure.
The completion of Liem Chinh Bridge not only contributes significantly to urban beautification but also puts Dien Bien Phu route into more effective operation, with the goal of being a dynamic route connecting from North to South of Ha Nam province and connecting the region with the provinces of Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh...
To make the project exploitable to the maximum efficiency, the Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee requested Phu Ly City and the units managing the route to do a good job of project management and maintenance. Complete investment settlement procedures and effectively implement project warranty work according to the provisions of law.
On the same day (May 10), Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and the working delegation attended the opening ceremony of Sun World Ha Nam Water Park.
