Directly inspect and listen to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee as well as the Provincial Military Command; Thuc Phan Ward People's Committee report on the work of preventing and responding to storm 11, the Deputy Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness of the province and functional forces in implementing the work of responding to floods. Request the Provincial People's Committee, military forces, police and local Party committees and authorities to continue to implement the "4 on-site" motto well.

Along with that, it is necessary to care for helping policy families, single people, and households in difficult circumstances; Urgently review, count the damage and propose and recommend to the Central Government to have policies to exempt, reduce tax fees, defer debt, extend and postpone debt for business households, companies, and enterprises affected by floods.
According to the actual records of the reporter at noon on October 8, floodwaters in communes and wards have begun to recede, but the water recedes very slowly.
During this flood, Thuc Phan, Tan Giang, Nung Tri Cao wards and Hoa An commune were the localities that suffered the most flooding.

It is known that the flood on the Bang River is reaching a historic flood level, the peak flood level at the Bang Giang hydrological station was at: 185.79 m at 11:00 p.m. on October 7, 3.29 m higher than alert level 3 (BD), 0.95 m higher than the historical flood in 1986 .
Floods on the Gam River will decrease slowly, the water level at Bao Lac Hydrological Station at 7:00 a.m. on October 8 will be at: 19.52 m, 0.48 m lower than level 3.
For 4-6 hours until floods on rivers remain above level 3. The risk of widespread landslides is very high. Floods caused by the circulation of storm No. 11 have caused more than 7,500 houses in Cao Bang to be flooded, and the properties of many households have been damaged.


The whole province recorded 1 death in Lung Poi hamlet, Truong Ha commune and 2 injuries in Canh Tan commune. 210 houses were affected by landslides (8 houses were severely damaged); 21 hamlets were flooded.
The flood also submerged and damaged over 5,000 hectares of flooded rice and crops (the second time after the flood caused by storm No. 10), localities are making statistics, detailing the synthesis of specific reports.

Consecutive storms No. 8, 9.10 (Bualoi) and floods caused by the storm have killed, left missing, and injured 165 people; many houses and production and business establishments have had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage.
