    Hai Phong - On October 8, the City Traffic Safety Committee informed about a serious accident in Hai Hung commune that killed 1 person.

    Initial information, the incident occurred at around 8:20 a.m. on October 7 on the road of Thu Phap village, Hai Hung commune. At this time, a car driven by Mr. V.Q.H (born in 1991, residing in Bac Thanh Mien commune) from Road 392C went into the village road to the cemetery of Thu Phap village and collided with a group of people carrying a funeral in front in the same direction. After that, the car continued to collide with the car and motorbike.

    As a result, one person in the funeral team, Ms. T.T.L (born in 2019, residing in Hai Hung commune), was injured and taken to the emergency room. After that, Ms. L died at the hospital.

    On the same day, October 7, in Hai Phong, there were 3 traffic accidents, killing 1 person and injuring 1 person. Currently, the causes of the incidents are being investigated and clarified.
