Phu Tho arranges housing and travel support for officials after the merger

Phu Tho will arrange housing and have specific mechanisms and policies to support accommodation and means of transportation for cadres, civil servants and workers after the merger.

Regarding the plan to arrange housing for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the province after the merger, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong agreed with the report of the Department of Construction on 2 plans to arrange housing for cadres under the management of the Standing Committee: Register to stay at the Provincial Conference Center Guest House or the provincial budget to support the rental price after being approved by the Provincial People's Council.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to contact and learn about information about housing locations in need of lease in Viet Tri and neighboring areas (location, number of rooms, rental price), provide information to the provincial Departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations, to introduce to cadres and workers who need to rent accommodation to access rental, and complete the requirements before July 10, 2025.

Along with that, review the progress, number of apartments, summarize difficulties and obstacles (if any) in social housing projects under implementation and social housing projects likely to start construction in 2025, report to the Provincial People's Committee before July 15, 2025, and at the same time advise the Provincial People's Committee to give opinions to investors on prioritizing officers and workers who are subject to workplacement according to regulations to buy and rent social housing in these projects.

Regarding specific mechanisms and policies to support accommodation and means of transport for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the merger, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province assigned Heads of Departments, branches and sectors to review and accurately determine the number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers staying and working at the headquarters (Phu Tho province after the merger) and other cases (if any) to send to the Department of Home Affairs before July 9, 2025 for synthesis and sent to the Department of Finance before July 10, 2025.

Directors of Departments, branches and sectors are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the data provided so that the allocation of support funds is guaranteed to be economical and effective.

Along with that, the Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to develop, appraise and advise the Provincial People's Committee before July 12, 2025 to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for opinions on the policy of a number of mechanisms and policies, ensuring the progress to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the meeting in July 2025.

Specifically, specific mechanisms and policies to support accommodation and means of transport for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers facing difficulties in housing and travel after the merger ( note to ensure the unity of support policies and mechanisms for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers from Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh working in Phu Tho and from Hoa Binh, Phu Tho working in Vinh Phuc).

Regulate a number of levels of work expenses (including policies to support cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers when working in remote, isolated, and long-term areas).
