On the afternoon of December 4, the Standing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel work.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Mr. Phan Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, starting from December 4, 2024, for a term of 5 years.
Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet congratulated and expected the new Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to continue to promote his work experience, constantly strive, practice, and have a scientific working method to fulfill his new important tasks.
Speaking on accepting the assignment, Mr. Phan Van Binh said that this is an honor but also a great responsibility before the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the current context.
"I myself will be determined and work hard with the highest sense of responsibility, closely study and advise in accordance with the regulations of the Party and State, to successfully complete the organizational work of the Provincial Party Committee," Mr. Binh shared.
Mr. Phan Van Binh was born in 1981, hometown is Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province.
Professional qualifications: Master of Public Policy, University of Industry and Rural Construction, University of Politics, Organizational Work; Advanced political theory.
Mr. Phan Van Binh has held important positions at the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Provincial Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Nam Province; Nam Giang District Party Committee; and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
