Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van was appointed as Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee
On the afternoon of July 1, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held a Conference to announce decisions on the establishment of: Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies; Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Provincial Police Party Committee; Provincial Military Party Committee. At the same time, the decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee; public service units under the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency was announced.
At the conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - announced the decision to establish the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum provincial Party agencies. Mr. U Huan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - was appointed as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
Establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee Party Committees. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
Establish the Provincial Military Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum Provincial Military Party Committees, the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum Provincial Border Guard Party Committees. Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee was appointed as Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee.
Establish the Provincial Police Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum Provincial Police Party Committees. Colonel Ho Song An - Director of the Provincial Police was appointed as Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee.
The conference also announced the decision to establish specialized agencies, advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee. Specifically, establish the Provincial Party Committee Office; appoint Mr. Dang Minh Thao, Provincial Party Committee member to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. The term of office is 5 years from July 1, 2025.

Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; appoint Mr. Huynh Quoc Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. The term of office is 5 years from July 1, 2025.
Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; appoint Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee - to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee. The term of office is 5 years from July 1, 2025.
Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; appoint Mr. Ngo Van Trong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The term of office is 5 years from July 1, 2025.
The conference announced the decision to establish public service units under the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial Political School was established on the basis of merging the Quang Ngai and Kon Tum Provincial Political Schools. Mr. Nguyen Viet Vy was appointed as Principal of the Provincial Political School.
Establish Quang Ngai Newspaper and Radio and Television on the basis of merging Quang Ngai Newspaper and Kon Tum Provincial Media Center. Mr. Huynh Duc Minh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - was appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper and Radio and Television. 9 others were appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper and Radio and Television.
Establish the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency on the basis of merging and restructuring the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee's Specialized Agency and the province's socio-political organizations, appointing personnel to work at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency from July 1, 2025.
The conference also announced the decision on the assignment and transfer of Mr. Luong Kim Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - to work at the Provincial People's Committee.
