Decision No. 3267/QD-UBND on allocating 71.55 billion VND to agencies, units and localities to give gifts to people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of meritorious people, martyrs worshipers, and a number of other policy beneficiaries and supporting villages, hamlets and neighborhoods to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
According to the decision, party members aged 40 and over, people with revolutionary contributions, martyrs' relatives... will be given gifts of VND2 million/gift. Each village and neighborhood in the province is supported with 10 million VND to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The budget is taken from the provincial budget in 2025, from the social security expenditure source.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to inspect and appraise, ensuring accuracy, publicity, and transparency in allocation.
The Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command and the People's Committees of localities are responsible for organizing the payment of gifts in accordance with regulations, ensuring that all policy beneficiaries are cared for and encouraged during the national important holiday.
The decision shows the deep gratitude of Quang Ninh province for the contributions and sacrifices of generations of ancestors for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, contributing to creating an exciting and united atmosphere among the people towards the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2.
