The conference to collect comments on the draft Political Report submitted to the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 was organized by the Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) in coordination with the Quang Ha Commune Trade Union on August 4 at Hai Ha Industrial Park - Seaport.
The conference was attended by Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chung - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Chu Quoc Dan - Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee (FFF) of Quang Ha commune - and more than 130 delegates who are union officials, workers, laborers and representatives of employers at enterprises in the Hai Ha Industrial Park - Seaport.
At the conference, delegates unanimously appreciated the draft Political Report and report being seriously and elaborately drafted, with many new points, ensuring inheritance and suitability with development practice.
The report has deeply reflected the context of the world, domestic and Quang Ninh provinces after 40 years of renovation; clearly identified the goals, viewpoints, tasks and solutions for provincial development by 2030. The reporting framework is scientifically arranged, tight, close to the practical socio-economic life of the locality.
There were 8 opinions expressed at the conference, focusing on important contents such as: congress theme; general goals for the 2025-2030 period; key tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming term.
Many delegates proposed that the province should have a high-quality human resource development policy; create a breakthrough in attracting investment, effectively mobilizing all resources, and diversifying investment forms; promote the construction of modern and synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, contributing to the realization of the goal of making Quang Ninh province a centrally-run city before 2030.
The opinions also emphasized the need for practical social security policies for workers, such as: building kindergartens and playgrounds for children, workers and laborers; supporting housing, travel costs, child deposits and raising the regional minimum wage.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Chu Quoc Dan - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ha commune - highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and active participation of the team of cadres, union members, workers and laborers participating in giving comments on the draft Political Report submitted to the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The frank and enthusiastic contributions at the conference will be compiled and selected to be sent to the Document Subcommittee of the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, contributing to the completion of the Political Report, expressing the legitimate voice and aspirations of the working class and laborers in Quang Ninh province in the new development stage.
