Continuing the program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of November 23, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises.

The Minister of Information and Communications, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry.

After listening to the presentation and appraisal reports, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law on State Capital Management and Investment in Enterprises and the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry.

On the same afternoon, the National Assembly voted on the Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023".

The National Assembly voted on the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended).

National Assembly deputies discussed in the hall the draft Law on Chemicals (amended). Afterwards, the Minister of Industry and Trade explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
