National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has announced the auction of 19 plots of land in the areas of Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune (Thanh Oai district). The plots are coded from 74 to 92, with areas from 87m2 to 117m2.
Accordingly, the unit with assets is the People's Committee of Thanh Oai district, assigning the task to the District Land Fund Development Center as the unit to organize the auction of land use rights.
According to the announcement of National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5, the starting price of 19 plots of land is 5.3 million VND/m2; the deposit corresponding to the starting price of each plot of land ranges from about 460 million VND to more than 640 million VND, depending on the area of each plot of land.
The auction is scheduled to take place on December 7, at Thanh Oai District Gymnasium.
Regarding the auction form, the land plots will be auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and through at least 5 mandatory auction rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND.
To participate in the auction, organizations and individuals can purchase and submit documents at Thanh Oai District Stadium Operator, address Kim Bai town (Thanh Oai district), from 8:00 a.m. on November 21, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on December 4, 2024.
Previously, on November 16, Thanh Oai district organized an auction of 25 land lots in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. This auction had the highest winning price of 90.3 million VND/m2, 17 times higher than the starting price. The lowest lot had a price of 45.3 million VND/m2, 8.5 times higher than the starting price.
Accordingly, the land lot with code number 106 and area of 113.88m2 has a winning price of 90.3 million VND/m2 - equivalent to more than 10.28 billion VND, 17 times higher than the starting price. The land lot with code number 100 and area of 129.36m2 has a winning price of 90.3 million VND/m2 - equivalent to more than 11.6 billion VND/lot.
According to information from the representative of Thanh Oai District People's Committee, the auction had more than 400 sets of documents from 111 participants.
As Lao Dong reported, at the auction on November 16, regarding the organization of the auction, the inspection and review process was carried out very strictly and tightly, but many cases of taking photos of the auction hall and electronic price boards were still allowed to be "smuggled" out. Therefore, although the auction has not ended, the sale of auctioned land at a higher price is still taking place vigorously, from 800 million VND/lot to 1 billion VND/lot.
