On May 16, the Government Inspectorate said that the Government Inspectorate's Working Group had a working session with Vinh Phuc province on the content of inspection and review of the settlement of long-term complaints and denunciations in the province.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang - Chief Inspector of Vinh Phuc province - said that the locality has inspected, reviewed, and handled 5 cases of complaints, denunciations, backlogs, and prolonged complaints in the province.
The authorities have developed a detailed plan to review and resolve each case, organize work, meetings and dialogues with citizens of 3/5 cases, citizens fully agree on the contents, sign a dialogue record, and terminate the resolution. The remaining 2 cases are continuing to undergo the settlement process according to regulations.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy gave his concluding opinions for each case, and at the same time requested the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province to direct departments and branches to continue reviewing, classifying and considering handling all authority, all content, and all responsibility for the cases. If all the contents are done, organize a dialogue to explain, guide, and propagate for people to understand and comply with regulations.
The Deputy Inspector General of the Government also noted that, in addition to the cases on the list, the province is requested on this occasion to direct agencies to review, classify, and handle other arising cases that are not on the list.
Vinh Phuc province is also recommended to promptly review and resolve the cases and send documents and reports to the Government Inspectorate within the deadline for the Government Inspectorate to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister.
