On May 9, information from the Government Inspectorate said that Working Group No. 1, headed by Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy, had a working session with the People's Committee of Bac Giang province on the situation and progress of reviewing and resolving 14 cases in the province.
Reporting at the meeting, Chief Inspector of Bac Giang province Truong Van Nam said that, following the instructions of the Government Inspectorate, the Provincial Party Committee's Working Group has directed the review and classification of 14 cases.
For two cases inspected and reviewed by the Government Inspection Task Force, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee directed the specialized agencies to coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Giang City to report explanation and clarify the contents related to the case, providing documents to the Government Inspection Working Group.
For 12 cases directed by the Provincial Party Committee to inspect, review and work groups of the Provincial Party Committee, have directed to collect records and documents related to cases, direct the review of the previous processing process of the competent authorities. At the Conference, the Provincial People's Committee made recommendations and consulted the Government Inspection Task Force.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy suggested that Bac Giang province continue to direct relevant agencies to review and grasp the situation of cases to be proactive in managing local citizens, minimizing citizens' appeal to central agencies, especially in the coming time when important events of the country take place.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy requested Bac Giang province to direct relevant agencies to consider handling all their authority, all contents of responsibility, administration, economy... before organizing a dialogue with the people in accordance with the instructions in Plan No. 96/KH-TTCP dated March 28, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate.
Meanwhile, in Bac Ninh, according to statistics, this province still has 7 cases of prolonged complaints and denunciations, exceeding the level to the Central Government. Of which, 1 case is under the review authority of the Government Inspectorate, and 6 cases are under the resolution authority of Bac Ninh province.
Deputy Inspector General Duong Quoc Huy suggested that Bac Ninh province direct departments and branches to review, classify, and propose solutions for each case. In particular, it is necessary to handle all authority, all content and all responsibility.
In addition to 7 cases on the list of reviewed and resolved, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy suggested that Bac Ninh province continue to direct the review and handling of cases arising outside the list, avoiding people dragging them to the Central Government, especially in the coming time, where many important events of the country will take place.
For each specific case, it is recommended that Bac Ninh province direct departments, branches and levels to carefully review and propose clear and specific solutions for provincial leaders to organize dialogue, propagate, mobilize, guide and explain to people to understand.
At the same time, it is recommended that the province should direct departments and branches to coordinate with the Government Inspectorate to complete the dossier and have a solution, moving towards ending the cases before May 31 for the Government Inspectorate to synthesize and report.
