In order to strengthen discipline and administrative discipline, improve the operational efficiency of agencies and units, and at the same time promote the spirit of responsibility, professionalism and efficiency in serving the people of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, the People's Committee of Lao Cai province has just issued a decision on the establishment of a Public Service Inspection Team in 2025.
According to the decision, the Inspection Team will conduct surprise inspections of specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the Provincial People's Committee; public service units under the Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of communes and wards; along with the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at agencies, units and localities.
The members of the 2025 Public Service Inspection Team include: Mr. Nguyen Van Trong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of the Team; Ms. Nguyen Thi Luong, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Team and 7 members who are officials of the Department of Home Affairs.
The head of the delegation is responsible for organizing and implementing inspection activities at agencies and units in accordance with the scope, content and authority prescribed by law.
The inspection results will be compiled and reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time, advice will be given on measures to rectify or review and discipline violations, limitations and shortcomings of collectives, individuals and heads of agencies, units and localities.
In addition to inspection work, the delegation will also focus on removing and resolving difficulties and problems in the process of performing public duties, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the administrative apparatus in the province.
The specific tasks of each member will be assigned by the Head of the Youth Union in accordance with the functions and expertise of each person.
During the performance of their duties, the Head and Deputy Head of the Youth Union are allowed to use the seals of their agencies. After completing the assigned work, the Youth Union will dissolve itself.
