Leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, central and Hanoi city departments, ministries, branches, and mass organizations visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorated heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Hanoi City. This content will be chaired by the Government Office, in coordination with relevant agencies.

Summarizing 100 years of the Party leading the Vietnamese revolution, orienting the leadership of national development in the next 100 years and summarizing 40 years of implementing the Platform for building the country in the transitional period to socialism. The Steering Committee for Summarizing directs the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Central Theoretical Council and relevant agencies and units to implement it.
