On June 30, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court announced the decision to appoint 9 Deputy Chief Justice and Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice of 19 regional People's Courts after merging three units.

At the ceremony to announce the decisions on the work of cadres of the People's Courts at both levels of Ho Chi Minh City (after the merger) on June 30, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City announced the decision to appoint 9 Deputy Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court and Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice of 19 regional People's Courts after merging three units: the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Court of Binh Duong province and the People's Court of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

The 9 Deputy Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court after the merger have just been appointed, including:

2. Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court

Previously, Mr. Le Thanh Phong - former Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court was given the decision by Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri to hold the position of Chief Justice of the new Ho Chi Minh City People's Court after the merger, with the term starting from July 1, 2025 until the retirement age according to regulations.
